Extended stay due to tour dates going west/south, and they were willing to add a stay after my tour (weather / roads changed return date).
Staff is amazing, surrounding area has the UB Street Food venue, Square, Museum, ATM and convenience store. Breakfast and meals great!

The hotel is located in the nice spot and view. The breakfast buffet is easy to taste and quite yummy. Perfect staying.

The room was spacious, but the bed was incredibly small – so small you could practically roll off it. However, the location was super convenient. There's a restaurant downstairs, just a 5-minute walk away, and a shopping mall right by the main square, making dining and everything else very easy. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute walk from the airport express stop.

Close to Genghis Khan Square with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs. Check-in and check-out were quick. You can ask the front desk to book airport transfers, which cost about $40 one way.

Booked two rooms and stayed twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and on our last day, we had to check out at 4:30am so couldn't have breakfast (starts at 6am). When we told reception this, they offered us takeout. It was a tasty sandwich, yogurt, and bottle of water (or coffee). One thing to note is that every room is different. We stayed in four different Standard Twin Rooms over the course of our two stays, and each size and layout was different. One was huge while another was tiny. I've attached photos of two rooms.
On our first stay, they collected 20,000 tugriks deposit per room card which they returned to us at check out. But they didn't collect it the second time.
Submitting this review twice as we stayed twice.
