Food is not provided by hotel. Hygeine and safety standards are poor. Rooms do-not have proper ventilation

We travel-led with a group of 15 people ***** with 3 senior citizens and 4 kids. Wanted to list down some of the best part of the property: 1) top of my list is hotel manager prateek, he ensure our stay was comfortable and advised us on every step whether from telling the best place for food, personally talking to auto walas to ensure they agree, and took care of all our minor things whatever we asked for. So thank you prateek. 2) second is the location of property, only 5 min away from mahakaleshwar mandir.

first of all, it was no where written that it was an oyo hotel.second, hotel internal room wall were as if it's not painted since years.third, washbasin tap was broken.fourth, room lock was not working properly

Though the location of the hotel is excellent since it's near the temple but very poor staff survice. They didn't maintain the hotel at all and also never clean the room. Also AC and lights are not working properly.

I stayed here for couple of days, the person namely rohit who take care of the property is really helpful and well behaved. In the name of toiletries the property only provides a soap and they don't even provide a single mineral water. The hotel rooms are ok, i won't give more than 3 out of 5.
