The room we had (The Governor’s Suite) was very comfortable and quiet with everything we needed, including comfortable seating for two people, There were several coach parties staying at the hotel and the restaurant offered a buffet service. We opted for the a la carte menu and the food was very good although it took an extremely long time to arrive, so I would advise using the buffet if you are in a hurry.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, weil es in unserem ersten durchgehend gebrummt hat. Leider haben wir nachts gemerkt, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind und man alles aus den Nachbarzimmern hört, inkl. der Lüftung der Bäder bzw. die Klimaanlage. Wir haben dennoch ganz gut geschlafen, als es mal ruhig war, weil die hohe Decke die Hitze ganz gut abgehalten hat. Das Essen war in Ordnung, nicht überragend. Für eine Nacht und auf Durchreise sicher okay, aber ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

The kindest nicest staff who are incredibly attentive. Rooms are good and there is a nice pool too. Only stayed one night but was great place to rest. Food was good quality and we got to see elephants in route. The elephant transit home is nearby and a nice outing.

Nice clean rooms at the facility. Very quiet and close to the elephant safari and elephant orphanage. Top service from personell, and great food. Als options for vegans. The hotel is also run environment friendly. I would certainly recommend.

Was only there for one short nights stay. The room was lovely although would say it was dark despite the lights. The bathroom was a letdown, it was small and old with no dedicated shower. It was a bathtub shower combo. Dinner was good. And then we carried a packed breakfast. Attractive hotel

I spent a night with my wife, sister and my daughter who is here on holiday from Australia. We took two double rooms FB. Our experience was much above our expectations. The rooms were excellent, the staff was very friendly and supportive. The surroundings were breathtaking. The food was excellent. It is worth mentioning two names, Ms Dilusha and the duty manager Mr.WIckremasignhe who took personal interest to make our stay a memorable one.

Nice hotel and beautiful room. We were in one of the suites which was very spacious only for one night. Only complaint was a lack of power plugs. Service was excellent and the buffet options were good as we both managed to find suitable choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. Has been used by international cricket teams in the past so has a good reputation. Good location for nearby attractions.
