The hotel location was very good, everything was within walking distance. We stayed in a suite, which was good, clean, and specious. They provide water bottles, kettle, coffee and tea bags, towels, bat and shampoo gel. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant, with a beautiful view of the city palace. The hotel staff is very supportive and kind.

It was an amazing experience. The service at Shiv Villas was excellent. The staff was very helpful and stay was very comfortable. Abhinav, Madhav and their colleagues specially were very kind and helpful. Being on a girl’s trip, we felt very safe in the hotel . Infact the cafe at the rooftop was also amazing. The cafe’s service, food and decor was also amazing. Definitely recommend visiting this place.

许许The landmark building feels like a dream, beautiful. A free ferry boat is available for entering and leaving the hotel for 24 hours. The environment inside the hotel is quiet. The bar on the 2nd floor next to the water can take a lot of beautiful photos. The room you are staying in is a garden view room facing the garden. Breakfast is beautiful. You can order hot food a la carte and watch the pigeons while eating.

The restaurant staff, especially Surendra, Sunil, Priya, and Neha, went above and beyond to ensure every meal was a memorable experience, showing exceptional care not only for us but also for our baby. They anticipated every need, thoughtfully preparing food suited to our little one and making each meal an enjoyable experience for our family. Surendra and Sunil were attentive to our preferences, while Priya and Neha brought such warmth and kindness, creating a welcoming environment. The Taj Aravali’s beautiful setting is undeniable, but it’s this personal, genuine care that made our stay truly unforgettable and one we’ll always cherish.

Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

Our room was simple but perfect with the lake few, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.
The only negative point was the bathroom which had an unpleasant smell.
The rooftop terrace has a restaurant and also a nice few over the lake.

Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view
Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later
Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :)
The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.
