Large room with roof top restaurant and pool good city view good hotel and great ambiance of the hotel. Staff were supportive. Will surely recommend others.

Room was very spacious. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Rooftop restaurant and service is also very good. Our flush stopped working on checkout day. Since we needed to leave early it didn’t create much issue for us. Overall experience is good.

From start to end, no experience to share so listing out things happened that was never expected from a hotel. As soon we entered we were greeted by a staff saying this is not your hotel without asking our names on pretext that other guest have also wrongly reached. Issued keys without activation. No staff went ***** to help till room and luggage nearly lost as bag boy was given wrong room number. Taken 2 rooms, one room had foul smell in bathroom and another room had seepage leading to foul smell. Only 1 lift which takes ages to move up down. No toiletries given except soap and hand towel missing. Best suited for people who love to argue and get hold of things by repeatedly calling housekeeping and willing to wait for hours for food items to be served in restaurant and staff more than willing to talk rudely. While checkout thought of giving feedback assuming they must be willing to improve as they might not be aware of the issues but was proved wrong again as they had no feedback mechanism.

Wonder ful stay in this hotel, all staff are very courteous and given their excellent service, GM Raj us also takes care for all the guest, akshat is also very good person here it is highly recommend hotel to all type of travellers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A stay worth remembering. Everything had so amazing experience as roof top resturant, swimming pool & well specious rooms which cant find in any hotel. Staff was very cordial and taken care by hotel management really very well.

Excellent place to stay with immense pleasure. Customer oriented and well trained staff. Weekend music play organised by the hotel is a great addition like pearl activity. Most recommendable property. Thank you shahpura barliyas house.

Narvar singh notre serveur a été prévenant sympathique et adorable .on s est régalé d un agneau lal mass délicieux accompagné de lentilles noires typiques de cette région de gombos grâce à ses conseils avisés La salle du restaurant est juste fantastique avec une vue à couper le souffle et le top dîner en musique live Bref merci à narvar et à toute l équipe
