The check-in and check-out was very easy, hotel was neat and clean, bathroom was hygienic and stairs and floors are also cleaned. Reception person and manager are very nice person and very calm and helpful. Overall stay was awesome. I recommend everyone to stay here when you visit udaipur, everything is nearest to this hotel within 15 you can reach all top places like sajjangarh, lake pichola, fateh sagar lake, karni mata temple, bapu market. This was my first visit and every-time i visit udaipur i will stay in this hotel only.

We had taken the super delux room and it was best room and very clean and cozy. But the pillow covers and the bathroom towels were not that good. But the room ambiance was very good.

This is an excellent Hotel in a very convenient location, with amazing views. Excellent value for money. The staff are very respectful and helpful. Mr Ansari did an excellent job in assisting us. The General Manager Mr Rahul Charles went out of his way to make us feel at home. We really appreciated that. He made us feel that India is our home. The food is superb. If you are in doubt and need assistance in choosing a dish, just as Mr Charles (the GM). He is also a great chef. If the food is not available at the hotel, he can get it for you and even cook it for you! The staff of this hotel are Champions! You must try. Really safe and convenient for foreigners as well.
