Our stay at Jaiwana Haveli in Udaipur was a truly wonderful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were always available with helpful suggestions on what to do during our stay, offering insider tips on the best local attractions, including boat rides on Lake Pichola and visits to nearby temples and markets. Their personal touch in guiding us through the city made our visit even more enjoyable. Situated near many of Udaipur's top tourist sites, we were able to explore the city with ease, all within walking distance or a short rickshaw ride. The accessibility of the location made it a perfect base for exploring the city. The breakfast provided each morning was another highlight. The spread was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, featuring a variety of fresh and flavorful local dishes. It was the perfect way to start our day before heading out to explore. The overall atmosphere at Jaiwana Haveli is peaceful and inviting, with stunning views of Lake Pichola adding to the charm. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Jaiwana Haveli to anyone visiting Udaipur – it truly offers an outstanding experience.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel, we had a room with lovely view to the lake. Everyone was helpful and very friendly and we felt very welcome. They did book us transfer from the airport and a Tuktuk guide for a day. Dinner was delicious. I can absolutely recommend.

Très bel endroit propre et bien situé avec une vue splendide sur la ville. Nous tenions particulièrement à remercier le réceptionniste (Sharch?) qui nous a été d’une aide précieuse à tous les niveaux (infos sur la ville, réservation de billets de train ainsi que d’un excellent chauffeur pour aller jusqu’à Jodhpur). Ayant prolongé d’une nuit, nous avons eu le plaisir d’être surclassé dans une très belle chambre en hauteur avec vue. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Merci à toute l’equipe.

Clean rooms with a good view. The front desk staff were argumentative which made it quite unpleasant and difficult to raise issues. I am sure they wil argue against this review!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The only downside was getting to the hotel . We have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. Breakfast at the roof restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed the wonderful views

We stayed in Jaiwana Havelli during Divali and had the best time. The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a map of the local area and sights.The room was simple, very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was outstanding and the restaurant food was delicious. We would stay again and definitely recommend it.

I have stayed in this Haveli many times over a decade. It is consistently good value, clean, comfortable with excellent friendly staff. Great location for exploring on foot. If you want to feel part of city rather than a tourist in a generic hotel, this is the place

We had the best night at Jaiwana Haveli.The lake pichola view from balcony was beautiful,all the tourist place is near this hotel like City palace and Jagadish temple.It's a quiet place and I would recommend this place for couples and family.

We stayed here for four nights in the most beautiful location. This bed and breakfast is perfectly located for everything to do in Udaipur. It is in the heart of the old town and has magnificent views of the lake. The owner went out of his way to help us with air ticket bookings, and attended to our every need. The staff all were equally helpful with whatever was required. This hotel has all one needs and I would highly recommend staying there.
