“The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere amazed me . Loved staying there . Our room was spacious, with a stunning view of the pool . The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The hotel’s location was perfect . The stay was fantastic .

The location was absolutely perfect—situated right in the heart of everything, making it so convenient to explore. I loved how all the key attractions were within walking distance like lake pichola, city palace, gangaur ghat etc saving so much travel time. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Truly a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very caring, well mannered and coperative staffs, room was very clean, bed was s cozy and food was delicious, Great location, wonderful, Like home-thanks for all wonderful stay, warm welcome, lake view from terrace, swimming pool was neat and clean

The hotel restaurant is closed. There are multiple renovations going on so the place is dirty, dusty, noisy, and does not allow outside food to be brought in. The management does not care and refused to allow me to change rooms to escape the dirt and the noise. Unfriendly, unapologetic and inflexible. I felt unwelcome. Never again. AVOID.

Excellent service. Rooms were relatively cleaner than average. However there is no hot water which makes showering very uncomfortable. The shower itself also has no door so water gets all over the bathroom floor.

Great location! Very central and easy to walk around the old city but I wouldn’t recommend booking here until renovations are over. Attention to detail on cleaning could be improved, many stains in clean towels, sheets, on couch, chairs etc. The only accessible levels were the pool and the first and second floors as they were undergoing renovations. We called directly and asked reception to match a discounted price which was a fraction of what it’s going for online. I would not be satisfied if I had paid full price - lots of construction, rooftop levels all closed. Power cut out now and then but they have a back up generator (the smell of fuel wafts into the rooms when it is on). Very walkable location close to shops and restaurants and tourist attractions.

Depuis Varanasi, suite à avions supprimés pendant plusieurs jours d’affilée à cause de conditions météo exécrables dans le nord de l’Inde, nous n’avons pu honorer notre réservation. Le personnel de l’hotel Red Pier à Udaipur s’est simplement réfugié derrière sa réglementation interne pour refuser tout arrangement, allant jusqu’à être incorrect au téléphone malgré nos nombreuses tentatives de discussion. Comment faire de l’argent facile…

Not value for money charging just for being at the central location. Breakfast spread is below average. Bathroom door is a head crusher for anyone crossing 5. 5ft - you forget to bow your head and get a bang. most of the room lights don't work. A queen size bed with a king size mattress so the sides are floating without support. Room has an attached balcony but the door doesn't close properly so free entry of chill in the night. The room is not soundproof - music from nearby keeps booming till 1am.
