Bad experience, I had booked villa with pool and breakfast, firstly the property refused to give breakfast as they had booking without breakfast by trip.com, the property said the booking was done by expedia.com, whenever I had done booking from trip.com. after so many negotiations, the property given the room.

I've booked villa with bathtub and i also got confirmation from makemytrip! but as we reached the resort. Receptionist tell us that your booking is not showing in our system. So they provide basic tent room for that day. Later then that day they provide room with bathtub! our precious vacation time of day 1 got totally wasted ! staff. Manager. Receptionist was very rude and not at all welcoming !
i'll never ever visit this resort again in future. Terrible visit!

The property was nice and maintained staff was also ok but food was expensive as compared to the taste overall food was ok ok and costly too.

We were expecting that we will get villa but it was a cottage room. It was no where in photos and no one asked while booking. So we were disappointed as we had booked for villa only.

We had a excellent family vacation at arayana villas..its a very peaceful place to live with a touch of nature although amidst city of udaipur.. wonderful hospitality by hospital staff especially staff member like Mukesh, vikram,gasper, made sure we feel at home while having food at restaurant. Kids throughally enjoyed outdoor playing area, folk dance show- LOKDHAROHAR nd other outdoor activities. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful family time nd vacation if you are visiting udaipur.
