Recently I joined Palm Valley Resort as a housekeeping supervisor and I made the biggest wrong decision of my life. The HD here is a number one bad person. If you are joining here, in any department, your self esteem will be shattered to such an extent that it will point to the biggest wrong decision of your life. Don't waste your time here. He will not even pay you and will insult you so much that you would have never been insulted so much by anyone in your life. The HD here does not even know the meaning of manager and supervisor. He will treat you like a room boy as if he has no status. The MD here calls his new staff a disease. If you want to join this resort, you will have to see the worst time of your life. For the guest The cleaning here is very unhygienic. There is no linen change here. No chemicals are used in the bathrooms here If you want to stay here then please please I request you to get your linen changed You will get the same Linen which the guest who stayed before you will get. You don't know how many guests will stay before you, you will get Linen there. If you want to stay as per the views then Udaipur is full of resorts for that. If you want to stay in this resort then you will have the dirtiest experience in terms of cleanliness. Please do not book this resort after seeing it online as it is not at all what it appears to be.

Surrounded by hills an awesome location to stay way from mundane life. Cleanliness, Cooperative staff and good food added the flavour. Last but not least thanks to Miss Nilofar for making our stay memorable...!

We are booked 11 rooms, but experience was very bed. Room and service AC is not working, bathroom is not clean and hygienic, tv is not working in my room, after your complaint the staff is not resolved my concern. "NEVER VISIT AGAIN"

I recently came from US for short trip and visited this place with friends, we have booked like 11 rooms or so. Service quality is like insane, don’t suggest anyone to go there. People came to resort for food, fun, better service, enjoying in swimming pool etc. but NOTHING is good here. Cleanness is also not there, bathroom/toilet situation is like street pay and use which is also insane. NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANOONE.

Resort is very dirty not maintain cleanness at all. Staff behavior is so rude they did not provide basic needs even. Room Bathroom are so dirty.. Food test is so pathetic.. and restaurant is also not clean.

We had booked 11 rooms and the experience was horrible. The only good thing was the location, but again, reaching the resort is far from the main highway. In this price range, you can definitely get a better deal from any other resort. 1. All rooms are uncleaned 2. Room service does not exist, No dental kit as they want to charge extra 3. Bathroom worst, 4. Food pathetic specially alacarte, Also if you ask for a la carte they will deny that saying it will take 1 hr or 2 hr 5. Management is not interested in anything, going there and complaint is useless 6. If we ask anything only get one reply this is not our policy 7. POOL IS AS SMALL AS IT COULD BE, Dirty pool and very small, 10 people cannot use that at the same time, so You can imagine 8. AC is their in rooms which almost don't work. You will hardly feel that AC is on. I want to write more, but don't want to waste my time, or else its still possible. Guys just dont visit

The resort management is totally bad. They do not respect their guests and do not listen to their requests or complaints. Never ever visit this resort. Trip advisor did not allow 0 star else that would’ve been my rating… Poor service, bad food, frequent electricity outrage, water supply shortage, you name it and we have experienced it...one of the worst experiences ever! Would not recommend this place to anyone for holidays!
