A very cozy hotel, I booked another night when I chose to stay in Cappadocia for one more day. The owner and staff are very friendly and it's very pleasant to stay here. The owner spent many years renovating and designing this hotel. Every room and every corner has different little thoughts and special designs, which is very attentive. There is a sense of peace of mind at home.

Very good hotel, location with a great view, the city itself is very cozy, many delicious restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, the receptionist is excellent, they made an early check-in. I recommend it wholeheartedly, and the price for such a hotel is very good 👍

The room was large and the front desk service was very warm and always smiled and greeted us and helped us take our luggage to the room. We booked a 70-square-meter suite with windows on the small balcony outside the room. In fact, there is a 45-square-meter suite next to it. There are windows and you can face the outside scenery, which makes me feel more comfortable and breathable. Staying at the cave hotel will have the ash on the wall to fall. This must be psychologically expected when you check in, otherwise you will feel that the room is not clean. The hotel is located below Uchisar Castle and is the commanding height of the entire town. The location is excellent. Breakfast is rich and hygienic, and will be served after 9 o'clock.

All I have to say is this place is great, I travel a lot but this place is nothing but best. Service is excellent they go out of their way to accommodate you. Great place for family, they are honest and make sure you don’t get over charged for things which is common in the area. I asked them to book everything through them and they made sure it’s the best price. The early morning view from the hotel is priceless, over the location is great and you’re in the heart of Cappadocia. Price for hotel was very reasonable.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle, about ten minutes walk. The boss and the clerk are also very friendly, the luggage is too heavy, the male clerk also helped to move to the taxi waiting point, really like it. Due to catching up with Turkey's 100th National Day, I missed the plane. The boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book the airport to the hotel minibus. The price was the same as the original 10 euros. The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrid hotel with thieving employees. Several medications were stole when we were on an excursion. The meds could only be accessed by employees who did not return them resulting in a cost of $245 for replacement meds and doctors appointment. When I complained to the manager who repeatedly said “No problem” to which I assured him it was a problem. There was NO SAFE in the room as pictured for meds and passport. The room would be less than a 1 star in the US. Most things in the room were either broken (bath fan, bath shelf, radiator, etc), missing (safe), wrong scale (lighting),etc. The staff would see us waiting in the lobby for assistance and ignore us standing out front the door smoking. Their English suddenly became almost zero when a problem occurred. RUN, DON’T STAY HERE.

We were not very sure when booking, but it's a hotel that deserves 5 stars. Firstly, it's quiet in a region and far from noise. Furthermore, the Ughisar castle, which is neglected to enjoy the hotel, accompanies you with the glory of the fortress, which is overlooked. Uruguay, View and Avanos are very close to the car. The rooms are pleasant and very beautifully dressed. A huge addition to being a new hotel and dedicating to cleaning. Jesus' brain help and gentle gestures are also appreciated. We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))
