Room and public areas of the hotel were quite dirty, when I used foot towel to wipe the floor it became black. There was a lot of hair clumped at the shower drain when I first checked into the room as well. Housekeeping did not bother to change any of the linen or clean the floors throughout my stay.
Amenities (shower gel/shampoo) were grossly insufficient with only a tiny bottle rationed each day.

The room is not very clean. I can see some hair on the floor. The toilet is also not very clean. But overall is okay.

I left my headphones and the staff called me...such a very nice service. The room is big but the position of air con is weird, luckily it's working well. It's not that bad.

Very dirty hotel ever. Toilet smell so bad. Bed no one clean. So many hair on the floor. Super dirty and disgusting
