O ar-condicionado quebrou anoite , pedimos travesseiros na recepção, e não nos avisaram que os travesseiros acabaram . O atendimento é despreparado para solucionar qual quer problema que aconteça . Os colchões são velhos e os travesseiros são finos e fora de padrão.

Fomos muito mal atendidos no hotel. A recepcionista Bruna foi grosseira desde o primeiro contato, negando fornecer uma segunda chave para um quarto triplo. Depois, o atendente Iuri foi rude com meu marido, que queria carregar o carro elétrico, negando o pedido.Para completar, a recepcionista foi indelicada ao insistir para eu sair do quarto, após dizermos que iríamos estornar a reserva paga. Não recomendo esse hotel!

O melhor desse hotel é a equipe do front desk e a localização. Todos muito atenciosos e perto de tudo. Em pouco tempo de uber dá pra ir no mercado municipal e também no parque do Sabiá. Em compensação, a internet é ruim, os travesseiros são muito ruins e o café é adoçado! O hotel é bem simples, pelo menos vale o baixo preço.

Péssimo! Hotel velho e muito mal cuidado. Mas o pior foi não ter toalha no quarto: pedimos, demoraram mais de meia hora, e tivemos que irmos nós mesmo buscar toalhas. No elevador tem um cartaz pedindo para não demorar no banho, se não falta agua quente para os hospedes. No banheiro não tem lugar para apoiar nem o shampoo. O papel higiênico fica solto em cima do vaso. O local do café da manhã é péssimo, os talheres e o café ficam em um canto e vira um tumulto para pegar um simples cafezinho. Funcionarios péssimos, mal treinados.

I visited this gorgeous city and its breathtaking views and had a wonderful stay at this resort. Highly recommend the river walk and the wildlife preserve outside the city.Highly recommend anh sea food restaurants al ok ng the *****.

Os aposentos são bem simples, o hotel não esconde sua idade, as camas e travesseiros são de conforto apenas razoável. Mas o café da manhã é bom, o atendimento ok, a localização muito boa e os preços são relativamente módicos.
