Fiquei 1 hora na fila para fazer o check in, detalhe, tinha 6 pessoas na minha frente e dois atendentes. Zero agilidade, peguei 1 redbull pequeno que foi 15 reais!

Não sei como um hotel desse é classificado n 1.Nossa experiência em família foi horrível ,a começar pela recepção que forneceu chave de um quarto com acomodação errada e fechando com chave de ouro a ausência total de isolamento acústico entre os quartos.Se você quiser uma noite tranquila de sono não procure esse local

Eu estou absolutamente em choque, nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim. O hotel é MUITO barulhento, a recepção é onde acontece o barulho com música alta 00:30 e quando você reclama eles simplesmente ignoram. Nossa cama nao estava feita, não tinha nem lençol e quando falamos sobre isso nem um “desculpa” ofereceram, apenas entregaram um lençol pra nós virarmos. Encontramos pelos e cabelos no box do banheiro. A toalha de rosto toda manchada, a de rosto em estado lamentável. Agora o pior: ALGUÉM DA RECEPÇÃO SIMPLESMENTE INVADIU O NOSSO QUARTO no meio da madrugada e quando questionamos o que aconteceu disse que não tinha culpa pois consta como vazio o quarto no sistema. Eu nunca vi nada igual. Nesse minuto tem música altíssima, são 00:50 e diversas reclamações foram feitas.

Hotel novo, tudo lindo, limpo, atendimento dos funcionários nota 10, a única coisa que podemos dizer é que fica longe do centro, mas nada que um UBER não resolva. Ele fica bem perto do aeroporto e do shopping Agro. Um Super Máxi está sendo construído bem pertinho, aí vai ficar excelente.

O hotel em si é bom. O atendimento foi muito bom e os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. O restaurante também é bom, a qualidade do café da manhã e do jantar é muito boa, apesar de não terem um cardápio tão variado assim. Mas o que estragou a hospedagem é que haviam baratinhas no quarto e no banheiro.

Adorei a hospedagem, muito confortável. Hotel limpo, organizando, cama confortável e o principal, uma equipe muito educada e solícita. Em especial o Cláudio que organizou um café da manhã mais cedo para minha família. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!!
