Отдыхали 2 дня, отличный отель хоть и дороговато 8000 р. за двоих с завтраками. Номер стандарт, очень большой, высокие потолки, дорогая мебель, минибар (вода, кофе, шоколадки) пополнялся каждый день. Завтраки отличные, есть даже шампанское. Вернулся бы снова с удовольствием ...

Всегда останавливаюсь в Евразии, когда нахожусь в Тюмени, никогда не было нареканий, до последнего своего проживания. Решила забронировать номер, чтобы остановиться с мамой перед ее днем Рождения (мы вылетали в отпуск, надо было набраться сил перед вылетом). Номер был ужасно душный, дышать было просто невозможно, кондиционер не работал и нам предложили просто выключить батареи (к слову, это вообще ничего не поменяло). Полотенца были несвежие, с яркими грязными пятнами!!! Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким вообще, особенно в бизнес-отеле, так позиционирующим себя и устанавливающим далеко не умеренные цены на проживание. Самое главное - мы абсолютно не выспались, были разбиты на следующий день и естественно уезжали с испорченным настроением. Мама зареклась никогда в жизни больше сюда не селиться, а я просто разочарована, что такой номер можно было дать постоянным постояльцам, да еще и в день рождения. Рецепшн предложил при выезде зефир и бутылку шампанского как комплимент, но естественно, мы его не взяли - торопились на рейс (зачем вообще это делать при выезде?). Теперь, наверное, буду пересматривать свое проживание в этом отеле и рекомендации для друзей. Ужасно.

Отель расположен в самом центре города Стандартный номер очень просторный, ремонт свежий, кровать большая Завтраки в отеле просто топ уровень Апельсинный фреш и шампанское, очень вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол Минус в одном всю ночь над головой мигала лампочка датчика пожарной сигнализации и это было невыносимо

Хорошая гостиница, но все испортил персонал. В стоимость номера входил завтрак, в связи с ранним от’ездом попросили сделать ланч-боксы. 3 девушки, наличествовавшие на рецепции, обещали и записали время от’езде. Результат - при от’езде рецепционистка сообщила, что никто ничего не передал. Крайний непрофессионализм и жирный минус.

Отель приятный и удобный, расположен в пешеходной досягаемости до центра и набережной. Все на уровне- чисто, удобно, вкусно и гостеприимно. За один маршрут пришлось дважды заселиться в отель- на второй раз всем вручили комплимент от отеля.
