Harmony Motel

Excellent value -- clean, comfortable, spacious room with a fully-equipped kitchen. Convenient to Joshua Tree NP, Sky's The Limit Observatory & Nature Center and restaurants. Have stayed there three times over the years and will be returning.

This cute little motel has its own special charm. The room was absolutely clean and had everything you need. The owner welcomed us personally and was very friendly and helpful. It is also particularly nice that each room has its own little terrace with a view of the lovingly landscaped garden and pool. The sunrises from there in the morning are magnificent. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back!! Highly recommended!

My husband and I stay at the Harmony Motel whenever we go to 29 Palms. We have stayed in multiple rooms and a couple of the cabins. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Ash is an excellent manager and very helpful if you are in need of anything. We generally stay 3-4 days so a kitchen is needed. All the units that come with kitchens are equipped with all the essentials you need. The units are clean, stocked and the grounds are very desert oasis and clean. The pool is always clean and welcoming. We generally check out early in the morning and Ash is great about accommodating this. We leave the keys and let her know that we once again had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this quiet and delightful little motel to anyone staying or passing through the beautiful desert town of 29 palms!

I’ve stayed here once before. I really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly, accommodating owner and staff. Our room #2 was comfortable and included a kitchen which I loved having. The pool is sparkling clean. I had the pool to myself at the time so I actually got to swim. I love the quirky landscaping plan. I look forward to my next visit.

We try to stay in unique places.This is so awesome!!!We were hiking in Joshua Tree for 2 days so pool was refreshing due to the 102 degree weather.Very quiet and staff was great .We would definitely stay here again!!!We had a question about WiFi and manger answered immediately.Close to restaurants and plenty of parking.

I booked one night first. The staff was immediately responsive the room was perfect for a quaint desert stay. With such a great experience, I decided to return a few days later and book again. Happened to be during prime time meteor shower. I’ve already started to make plans for my third stay. Recommended certainly.

My husband and I recently rented Chuck’s Cabin on the grounds of Harmony Motel. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. There were beautiful desert views out every window. We are from CT and were in the area to visit Joshua Tree National Park. This is a great cabin if you want your accommodation to be part of the vacation experience.

This was a nice spot near the north entrance of Joshua Tree. We enjoyed the pool and were the only ones using it because the motel is quite small. For the price, the room was sufficient and had enough space for the four of us. The bathroom was tight and beds not very comfortable but overall a good stay.
