Check in was prompt and efficient with a friendly welcome. We were recognized as Honors members and given water. Room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows on the bed. Neither my wife or I could find one that suited us and it seemed like the pillows were smaller than usual, more square shaped than rectangle. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. My only complaint is that they need signs put up to tell quests with pets to not take their pet into the food area. It is bad enough to have to eat your breakfast next to a pet but to have that same pet wandering around where the food is located is not appealing at all.

We had a great experience. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. In the evenings they put out cookies and fresh fruit! Everything about our stay was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed in Hampton inns across the South in the last two weeks and this was by far the best of the lot. Matthew’s greeting and helpfulness at the front desk. The cookies in the evening and the nicest breakfast presentation of any we had seen. Outstanding place to stay!

Excellent stay for a one night stop traveling through. We were traveling with my extended family and they were very accommodating. Every front desk employee was amazing, friendly and super helpful! Clean and quiet hotel. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a night and it was clean and quiet! We normally ask for a top room just in case there are rowdy jumping people above us 😳. The young man checking us in said he could accommodate that, however, there was a high school band that would be checking in later that night and on the top floor. So we appreciated him looking out for us and putting us on the first floor where there were no young high school kids staying 😜. We have stayed in more update Hampton’s, however, we would stay here again. It was just off the interstate, and very accessible.

Love this hotel! Staff were consistently friendly, room and facility clean. Beds super comfy. Free cold soft drinks and cookies in lobby. We were there to visit U of A, and this location was less expensive than those right in Tuscaloosa, and quick, easy trip to the campus.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They recognized my rewards status and thanked me. They had littles goodie bags at the desk with Alabama fan goodies. Though not a fan of Roll Tide fan, it was still nice to see them supporting their local team. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, fresh and ready.

Booked and paid for our room a month in advance for a Tuesday night. At check in I was told they gave it away and I could take the two queen bed room or go somewhere else. The bed was horrible to sleep on. Both our backs were sore way up into the next day. The breakfast was good the next morning but the was the best part of the stay. The area around the hotel was safe and easy to get in & out of.

This was a very clean hotel and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful! We were thrilled that they allowed dogs and were very kind and helpful. It was too chilly to swim but the exercise room was very well equiped.
