First, the phone number listed on the web page was wrong. That should have been a warning of what was to come. We were given a room where the bathroom was dirty (including hair on the sink counter), a toilet that rocked when you sat down, and filthy floors. When we brought those items to the clerk's attention, they moved us. The floors were still filthy and there was no hot (not even warm water) after running the shower 5 minutes. We listened to 3 freight trains roar through the night. None of the 2 amenities, a small bar of soap and tube of shampoo, matched brands. It appeared that they used whatever could be found at a thrift store. The only sheet was one that was on top of the dirty mattress cover. Why did we stay? We had a late check in, 11:00 pm, after a long day of driving. The security guide was very nice and tried his best to help us. The motel claimed to have an 8/10 rating. BTW, they make you sign a paper stating the condition of several items in the room along with the replacement cost of they are stolen or damaged, as well as a $50 cash deposit. We purposefully checked out at 5:30 am after a miserable stay.
