We took superior room, but it looked like it hadn’t been renowated for way too long. No airconditioning (we had fan on a table that had 3 settings: way too loud, even louder, and hurricane) and the room was hot as sauna. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but everything except chia porridge and fruits section was somewhat low quality. Hotel staff was nice.

Good location, right next to the river. Rooms are very outdated and worn down. The air in the room stands still. Feels like there is no oxygen. Receptionist just told us that is because there is no airconditioning but it almost feels like that the rooms are not ventilated at all. Beds are nice and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The reception service is amazing! We had some need for help out from normal hotel duties and we got served better than we could have imagined! Room was clean and cosy. Breakfast is well organized with small specialities from normal daily routines.

I am baffled by the negative reviews this hotel has received. When we stayed in a family room over the Christmas period I was impressed by the size of the room, its cleanliness and the fact that there were three proper beds. The staff were were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious.

バスターミナルから遠い。駅からなら市バスで最寄りのバス停にアクセス出来ますが、長距離バス移動の場合、バスターミナルから20分以上スーツケース引きずって移動しなくてはならない。クルーズのターミナルへはホテル裏手のバス停から移動可能。ホテル内は薄暗くて活気がない。設備も古く、室内の椅子はシミで汚れていて使う気がしなかった。部屋の広さと価格の安さだけが魅力。朝食の種類はそこまで多くなく味は中の下。ベリーのスムージーは美味しかったです。

The reception was really helpfull with finding my lost wedding ring and it was found thanks to their actions ☺️ I can also otherwise recommend the hotel. Great location; close to the center but still easy parking. Good breakfast.

Reception area and breakfast restaurant were ok and clean, really good service. But for the room price the hotel needs renovation. Scandic hotels have little amenities so the room rate should be lower.

Used to be nice hotel with good breakfest 10 years ago. Now the room had no ac. It had only broken small fan. The windows were in mold. Rooms smelled like old tobacco. Hard to breath and kids noses bleed blood at morning.
