You do need a phone to call the hotel to be let in. There's no receptionist because of Covid. Also make sure you have WhatsApp as you are requested to send your passport and covid vaccination info by WhatsApp before they give you the code to enter the building and get your key left at the front desk. Then make sure you a pen to fill in what you want for breakfast and send a photo via WhatsApp.

Vicino al centro ed ai nezzi pubblici. Stazione di Torino P. S facilmente raggiungibile. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Colazione abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata. Stanze pulite e comode. Unica pecca armadio con poche crucce

Impossible de ce doucher à cause d’un problème d’eau qui a été résolu dans la soirée mais vu la couleur de l’eau j’ai pas osé me laver les dents avec. Chambre très classique je dirais vieillote. Le lit est propre et agréable. La Clim bruyante , le personnel très agréable et le petit très bon ce qui remonte la note

Abbiamo fatto un weekend a Torino e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Posizionato in maniera strategica vicino alla metro dove si raggiungeva presto il centro. Staff molto gentile e accogliente. Camera pulita e comoda. l' unica cosa un po' troppo caldo all'interno. Colazione abbondante e molto variegata. Hotel consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Clean, and a comfy enough bed. The bathroom had a commercial toilet paper dispenser and hand soap dispenser, both of which I think cheapened the look of the room. Maybe they had problems with people taking the extra roll of toilet paper. They also did not provide any glasses (good think I had my collapsible travel cup with me), and had maybe the oldest wall mount hair dryer ever. The worst thing though was that there not only was no shower door, only about half of the bath even had glass at all, which meant the floor was soaked by the time you were finished with your shower. Also noticed there is a resort fee. Zero idea what that is for because this definitely is not a resort.

Scramble eggs cold in ceramic in metal container with small tea light candle under. Hard beds and they try to hide some of the first review I posted. So now I'm more unhappy. The staff were nice and rooms big. The rooms were clean as well as cooled.
