We got married 8/8/2022 and we decided to go for a short honeymoon near by, we looked on line for a reasonable hotel and seen OYO pictures and descriptions of its facility. So we booked based on what the website showed and said about its facility. When we arrived my first impression was , this isn’t what we seen on the website. We continue to go inside and , in the lobby was a guest talking to everyone that came in , as if was a place of home fir him. We got registered and went down to the room. We sat for 30 mins and I said we are not staying here. After viewing the room the bathroom ppl walking in the parking lot looking in your window, ppl sitting in the hallways, kids playing in the parking lot. . We went to the front desk and told the front desk that we are checking out. He said we can not get a refund, I said I will be calling our bank to do a dispute. We left and refuse to stay . False advertising is not a good way to get ppl to come, especially if they drive a long distance.
