Very poor hotel claims to be 4 star. Did not get the room we booked .Our room was dirty dismal and scruffy.we asked for two extra pillows but the manager would not give us any .The hotel was full of construction workers we felt intimidated being two females they kept looking through our window and were drunk late at night jumping in the pool.The room we originally booked the deluxe bungalow was still advertised as available all throughout out stay .The bedrooms are not upgraded they need a good lick of paint and some tlc . On a positive Tomas and the other staff were friendly and helpful the manager was the only problem. Would not recommend this hotel ...its not a hotel its more a boarding house for workers .

We chose this hotel for its proximity. We were supposed to stay 7 nights. We discovered a hotel at the crossroads of the main road that leads from Cancun to Tulum and the road that leads to the beaches. The photos presented on the hotel website are a certain reality. Our very dark pseudo luxury bungalow was located between the staff room and the pool machinery. The room smelled of damp, no storage, no drains in the sinks to do our little laundry. Cleaning was not done on Sunday and never in the bathroom. We only had towels after 3 days. Since we arrived we had beach towels. There is no light and we have to continually turn on the lights and draw the torn curtains to have some privacy. There is no breakfast offered. Silence does not exist because even the staff plays music or speaks on their speaker on the phone. And I'm not talking about the smell of joints. No possibility of resting and even less of staying at the hotel. We made the decision to shorten our stay in Tulum and change our itinerary. We had no words of apology. Despite the photos of the room sent to the travel agency, the manager on site in Mexico just replied: "so....". I strongly advise against this establishment.

The place was beautiful! We stayed three days and we loved the attention they gave us as well as our room, not that big but very comfortable. Very central and the garden with all the colors at night is truly beautiful! We hope to return soon!

The hotel is very nice, incredible tropical garden and the staff is very friendly and helps you in everything! The rooms have everything you need and look good! Perfect location to get around and discover all of Tulum and its surroundings Recommended!!
