Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Se los recomiendo al 100%.. La sonido del mar fueron mis pastillas para dormir.. Gracias por el servicio muy profecional. Los restaurantes muy buena calidad y servicio. El cuarto muy limpio y organizado.

Descanso, servicio excelente y toda armonía en un solo lugar. Inmerso en una descomunal naturaleza, playas limpias y el mar perfecto. Distribución de los lugares para alojarse totalmente privados e independientes, hermosa decoración y ambientación de los espacios comunes!!

El hotel no cubrió mis expectativas. Las habitaciones las venden como cabañas y son carpas cubiertas con un techo de paja. La luz es muy mala y el baño a la interperie. Aparentemente tienen una invasión de mapaches que se meten en las carpas si hay alimentos. El primer día nos bañamos con agua fría. El tercer día se nos cortó el agua. Si, debo destacar la atención del personal y la comida tanto de La popular como de Macondo. El último día tuvimos un problema con el transfer que habíamos contratado y cuando acudimos a la recepción por auxilio, no tenían ningún número de transfer, ni algún dato para ayudarnos cosa que me pareció extraña en un hotel de esa calificación. Me parece que tienen fallas de infraestructura a solucionar. La playa es hermosa. Pero no volvería a este hotel.

Best massage of my life. Nury was my therapist and it was heavenly. Worth the price. Did the mud scrub and massage for 2 hours. The music. The oils and ocean sounds and copal all came together. For the rest of the hotel the room with the pool is worth it. Food is amazing kuu is amazing. Do it

Every person I interacted with was not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. It felt as if every need was anticipated before I even had to ask. The setting of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—nestled in a beautiful, serene environment that made me feel completely at peace. El hotel en general, los cuartos, el servicio y los restaurantes son excelentes. Pero lo mejor es el plan wellness q manejan. Clementina, Sol y José que se encargan de eso, dan un excelente servicio y te hacen sentir increíble para los q nos gusta el wellness.
