The hotel is quite comfortable. The name of this hotel is quality assurance, but the WiFi is still a bit slow and the video is very stuck. It would be perfect if the network signal was better! ! ! !

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a work event. First off my map app (and those of my coworkers) gave the wrong directions. Once we actually got there, we were quickly checked in and went to our rooms. My room was smaller but nice though its view was of the front portico. My one issue was the gym was closed (for renovations but nothing appeared to be happening inside). The breakfast was okay but the standout was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Probably not somewhere I’d stay again but it fit the need for our trip.

Convenient location, clean hotel, friendly staff, (Especially Front desk clerk Kenya), Comfortable Beds and Pillows, Several Breakfast options (hot and cold - from eggs to cereal). We stayed when it was slow - so the hotel was super quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. The hotel is in a pretty decent location right off the highway, but there isn't much in the area by way of dinning. Parking was ample and the staff member that checked me in was friendly. The elevator here was super slow - so it took a very long time to get to and from my room. The pool was kinda small, when I went to go for a swim there was a family in there and it didn't look like there would be room in there for me without bumping into other people, so I skipped my evening dip. My room was clean, but the furniture was pretty worn out. I didn't find the bed terribly comfortable. My room was reasonably quiet, but in the wee hours of the morning I was awoken to the sound of a person in another room snoring very loudly. Either he was the world's loudest snorer, or the walls here are thin. I could stay here again if I were in the area again, but I would probably try to find a place closer to restaurants and with more contemporary furniture.

Not an unbearable stay, but definitely was not worth the cost. They clearly did not have enough employees, so front desk clerk appeared pretty frazzled, but she was friendly. Reserved the king suite, website says capacity of 4. Well, that’s definitely not the case. The pull out bed was barely a twin size. So 4 people trying to manage in a 3 person room. Ended up making a “bed” at the foot of the king bed with the couch cushions for my youngest. Not comfortable. Pool is extremely small. Workout room and hot tub, we’re out of order. Breakfast options were very limited. Not what you usually see at breakfast. Cereal, toast, yogurt, oatmeal.

This past weekend we stayed here for two nights for a soccer tournament. My ten year old plays on a competitive team and so these kids (and parents) are no strangers to hotel stays - usually staying at least one night every weekend at a hotel. Most of us are also Marriott members with Gold Elite + status and so we stay exclusively at Marriott properties. I can tell you that we will NOT be coming back to this one. First, let’s talk about the rooms: Ours definitely needed a cleaning. Dried red on the carpet resembling blood was in several places in the room. The refrigerator leaked & the entire carpet in front of it was wet - our entire stay. Next let’s talk about facilities: both the gym and the hot tub were closed the duration of our stay. This should be clearly stated on the website - with an anticipated open date, unless you’re willing to answer that question over the phone…and judging by their customer service they wouldn’t have. So front desk: oh boy!! Our first night we always bring in dinner to eat in the lobby and this has NEVER been so problem at any hotel. We drove two hours and arrived at the hotel around 8:15p to sit with the team and eat. The front desk clerk Kenya walked over at 830 and told us that she was closing the lobby and proceeded to shut the lights - with about fifteen of us sitting there! The heat was unbearable in all public areas & I wonder if Kenya was turning it up to keep us out of there! On day two I called in the morning and explained the situation about dinner, asking about the time the lobby closed. I was told it closes at ten (like the pool) and there would be no problems tonight. That was a LIE! Good old Kenya was there shutting off lights again at 830!! After we were point blank told we were welcome down there until 10p. One of the guys in our group asked her to please turn the lights back on. She did, but it wasn’t without some massive attitude and a door slam - grow up & do you job or stay out of a field that involves customer service!! The icing on the cake was this morning. Someone had gone through our vehicle pulling everything out of the glove box and trashing it on the floor. We book so many hotel rooms & we typically have other teams from the club stay with us - so we’re talking about 16+ rooms. We are responsible adults and make sure our kids take care of themselves and don’t make a mess. This hotel will never get our business again. Management needs to make some major changes instead of posting passive aggressive signs with smiley faces. And we know other teams we’re staying here too this weekend and maybe they weren’t doing their best, but they also deserved a conversation instead of that ridiculous sign!

3/10 Checked in so I could take my sister to surgery next morning. All went well until Fire Alarms went off at 1am. Alarms went off in every room even on the third floor, nobody answered at the desk, so I got dressed, my sister had a walker. I went down to see what was going on, someone burnt pizza rolls in their microwave on the first floor. Didn't get any sleep all night because the smell circulated though the ventilation system, smelt like burnt popcorn. 8:30 am received a call her 9am surgery was canceled as I was having coffee, since it was snowing outside, I thought we would go back to the room. Keys wouldn't work went to the desk to find out why, desk clerk reset keys said sometimes that happens. Went to the room it was being cleaned couldn't find my hat and the house keeping team was laughing at us while speaking in a foreign language.

There were so many great things that I wish I could say about my stay at the Fair Field by Marriott Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma. Unfortunately, they were all overshadowed by one horrible experience that left me and my 8-year-old son traumatized and regretting my decision to stay at this prestigious hotel. I booked a room for two nights this past weekend at this Marriott Location. My first night was exceptional meeting all the expectations that Marriott provides in their vision statement. My second night has left me and my 8-year-old son with feelings of terror and distress. After deciding to get rest for the night, because we had a busy day planned for that morning, I tucked my little one in and prepared for bed. At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday February 22nd, 2022, I was startled by the motion of someone trying to enter my room. After a couple of seconds follows several heavy knocks at the door. Because I was startled, my first thought was maybe the noise was coming from across the hall. About three minutes later someone tried entering my room again this time more aggressive than the first. I realized that someone was entering my room but could not enter completely because I had the extra hotel door latch at the top of the door. I proceeded to tell who was entering that they had the wrong room. The lady was enraged tells me that she has a key, and she was entering! This woman was clearly trying to enter with intent to harm whoever was in the room. She then stated that she was armed, and she was looking for her husband, as she thought he was in the room with another women. The horror that took over my body was like no other. After pleading with this woman that she had the wrong room she proceeded to leave. Fast forward to how she was able to gain access to my room. To my surprise the hotel concierge had given her a key card at 2:30 a.m. without my permission or identification since the person she was looking for, he and I shared the same last name. There are no words that can explain this experience. As a mother I thought that if I had not taken the time to make sure the hotel latch was on the door, neither my son nor myself may not be her to send a warning to others, all due to negligence of the hotel staff. Our lives were put in danger. The expectations that Marriott bestowed was obliterated by distrust and failure. I will never stay at this location or any other Marriott property again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company.
