This was such a bad hotel that I forfeited $200 not to stay there. They have a no cancellation policy, but there was no one at the front desk. There was only a sign that said,”Not here; be patient.” 40 minutes later, there was still no one there and no restroom in the lobby. I didn’t feel safe because there was a broken down car with a missing wheel in the parking lot and groups of random men loitering in the parking lot and lobby. One of the very few times I’ve ever pulled up to a hotel and said, “Nope! not gonna stay here.” Whatever you do, don’t stay here. The property owner is an absolute miser.

We decided to arrive at 3:30pm because it said on our reservation that the rooms would be ready by 3pm. We went in and they were just starting to clean the rooms. They told us it was only going to be a 30 minute wait for them to clean our room and so we decided to go see our grandkids and come back. We came back and there were many people waiting and we got there and our room wasn’t ready that the room they were going to give us we couldn’t get. We had to wait and extra 20 minutes for the room to be ready. We had never had problems with this hotel until this trip. To make things worse when we finally got our room the sheets that they put had stains that looked like blood stains. My wife ended up staying ay my daughters and I ended up staying in the hotel.

The staff was very helpful at the front desk but the cleanliness of the room has a lot more to be desired we had spiders, dirty sheets and the floor was very dirty

The toilet back up. Staff left plugger at room’s door. Did not resolve the problem. The property should be call the Less Quality Inn

Overall my stay was ok. Pros: Nice size room for the cost. Definitely a decent value. Close to everything. free breakfast was decent also. Very friendly. Cons: we had a king size bed with 3 small square pillows, not sure I understand that. Floors were VERY sticky! I'd give it a 2.9 out of %.
