Hotel horrível, tudo em péssimo estado, quartos fedendo mofo tivemos que pedir para trocar de quarto e quando trocamos o outro estava horrível com um cheiro no banheiro muito forte de mijo e esgoto, sem falar na roupa de cama toda velha e queimada com cigarro. Pior hotel que já passamos nunca mais voltaremos e não indicamos para ninguém. Não condizente com que se fala e fotos.

O hotel é lindo, antigo, ter um interior bem aconchegante, tudo muito cuidado, muito bom para relaxar, lugar tranquilo. Os jardins são de extremo bom gosto, sem contar a beleza externa das montanhas, tudo muito verde. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel dispõe de bicicleta gratuita para passeio. E são ao todo 6 piscinas de diversos tamanhos. Quartos bons, com TV e frigobar. Oferecem refeição, como não tem a opção por quilo, achei o preço salgado. Ponto negativo para o meu FDS no hotel: Estava muito sol, ótimo pra aproveitar a área externa, que é linda, e a piscina maior estava com lona e fechada, as duas outras piscina menores estavam extremamente gelada, mesmo solicitando que fossem aquecidas (eles tem esse tratamento no hotel, claro) não foram, os hóspedes acabaram ficando apenas nas piscinas aquecidas internas, sem aproveitar o final de semana lindo de sol.

O local é afastado e no meio de um vale rico em natureza. A área externa bem cuidada, grama e cadeiras. Atendimento dos funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. O Hotel está abandonado, sujo, velho nas acomodações, colchão parecia uma pedra, tudo muito simples, não condiz com o valor da diária. Fechaduras quase caindo das portas, escadas e pisos encardidos, café da manhã todo reaproveitado nos três dias que ficamos, nunca senti cheiro de café passado. Os mesmos alimentos reaproveitados, frutas e bolos todos em quadradinhos bem velhos. Para completar, ficamos uma noite trancadas no Hotel, sozinhas, sem nenhum funcionário, sem nenhum segurança nem guarda. Na segunda noite seguida consegui o contato do proprietário e disse que se não ficasse alguém no hotel a noite, iríamos chamar uma autoridade, nunca tinha visto isso, trancadas em um local estrando e abandonado.
