A five-star cruise with very good service from the staff and VIP enjoyment!
Dinner was a set menu, with lobster and Australian steak as the main course, which was pretty good.
It's a pity that we didn't go to Hero Island for our outdoor activities in the afternoon on the first day. We went to an unknown small village, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was fine!

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me.
