Fantastic stay in this hotel. The place is incredibly beautiful.
A little bubble of greenery. Everything was impeccable. The exceptional swimming pool.

The breakfast was very poor. The menu said fish porridge, but it turned out to be white porridge + fish with pickled vegetables. Even if I asked for an omelette to be added, it didn't work, and they said it was my choice... I'm speechless.

Even tho I had to use and translation app the girls at the front desk went beyond bilief with all my request , also they were very pleasant, great service I would highly recommend Cocoland hotel.

Tôi đã đi hơn nửa vòng trái đất mà chưa ở đâu có welcome drink là những trái dừa tươi vừa hái. Dù đặt phòng 1 tiếng trước khi đến nhưng checkin vẫn thuận lợi. Cô lễ tân tên Thảo dù chưa thấy booking trên hệ thống vẫn linh động cho chúng tôi checkin 2 phòng.

We booked and paid for 2 nights at this facility but left after one night. Extra bed was left outside by our room. Service is nonexistent, pool has lounge chairs with no cushion, breakfast is horrible. The location is isolate, no place to eat except at the resort restaurant.
We came one hour early, the place is empty , Poe room is ready but was told company policy we must wait until 2
. No welcome drink, no one bother to greet us
Our reservation included dinner on booking. Com but was told offer only valid for March.
The place sale day pass and pool entrance so be ware if you considered booking at this property
You may get better experience at boutique hotel in town

The one star ratings are accurate- avoid at all cost - staff are ineffective either ignoring your requests (no pool towels, no pool beds), don’t pick up the reception phone or talk about you (ie foreigners under their breath) - its not clean and not worth the stay whatever money you pay - breakfast non existent, similar to staying at a roadside motel - shame given location and potential of the facilities- also no bar or any description not that you would want to sit pool side amongst the exposed wires and dirty disused bar

The hotel is well conserved and taked care, but it's abandoned! It's sad but it was a regular weekend and I was the only guest and the problem with this is that the infraestructure it's not up for that. At breakfast, of course they couldn't do a buffet, but then i could peak from 3 choices on a menu. The only option was eggs with bread, but they didnt have bread, so I had eggs and cucumber! At night on dinner, it was the same, most of things they didnt have. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you depend on them for eating. On the other side the staff doesnt try to help and dont understand english at all.

Everything about this place is terrible. Hotel tried to overcharged us stating that first there was no reservation and after this was mysteriously found, that we didn’t pay for our stay in full. After contacting the booking agency and they tried to contact the property, the hotel hung up on them. When my boyfriend’s sister asked for milk for her baby, they refused giving some reason that milk cow is not good for babies and told her to go to a convenience store laughing at her when she walked back to her room. The rooms are falling apart. Mold, bursted pipe on one of the sinks. Went to wash hands and leaked all over the floor. No cable on the tv, dirty floors and towels, stained chairs, used flip flops, the completely flip flops were used before…. We were also refused to speak with a manager, if there is one and I am pretty sure they pretend that they know how to speak English. The sum everything, this place is a disaster, they take advantage of the fact that there is no other staying options around and try to rip you off.
