Beautifully designed hotel in a good location with fantastic views. Within the hotel, it advertised two restaurants. One restaurant did not exist. Additionally, the spa facilities advertised were non existent. The four seasons pool was cold. One receptionist (didn’t get her name) was amazing! Would not come back to this hotel, would try the competing hotel opposite.

The hotel’s environment and sanitation are very good, but for this remote tourist attraction, the service quality of the waiter needs to be improved. What is gratifying is that the quality of the mattress is very good and the sleeping is very comfortable

The view on the seventh floor is very good. The European-style building outside the window has not been completed, and I can't see the light at night. I hope it will be better next time.
