Hotel Green Plaza Karuizawa

I had seen many times on social media that it was the best hotel for children, so I decided to use it for sightseeing with my wife and 4-year-old son. Maybe my expectations were too high, but there wasn't really anything good about it. . . ★Good points★ ・The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. I felt like I had come to Karuizawa.・Night garden? was lit up and beautiful. ★Bad points★ ・The washlet in the room was broken and could not be used. ・There was blood on the spare pillow in the closet and it was scary. ・The children's play area was small and there was hardly anything to play in. There is a charge even though it is not. The game center is also small and old. The facilities were completely unsatisfactory for a 4 year old child.・We had a buffet for dinner, but the food was not replenished, the plates were missing, and it was dirty (around the food containers and the floor), making it a disastrous dinner. It was a stressful dinner as it was crowded. In particular, I felt very disappointed that the dishes were not replenished and there was nothing to eat. -The staff's customer service was very inconsistent. While there are staff who serve customers in a pleasant manner, there are also staff who do not provide any hospitality at all, so the overall impression was not good. Overall, I wouldn't want to use it again. The Toy Kingdom next door was good, so I thought I'd use another accommodation the next time I come to Toy Kingdom.
