The room is clean and tidy. We are two people, and it is no problem for four people to stay. There is a free pick-up service. Good review

The hotel has fresh air and is a great place for vacation. The room is big and can accommodate a family of 4. The facilities are complete. The Chinese person who picked us up, Aibin, was very enthusiastic and patient and even took us to the supermarket to buy things. It was the most relaxing day in Japan. I will come again next time.

I was worried because there were no reviews, but the service was quick and there were no problems at all. It's also about 45 minutes by car to Kusatsu Onsen, so the location is good. It seems to have just been renovated, so the inside was clean! The bath felt a little old, but it had a nostalgic feel to it, and the hot water came out quickly, so there were no problems at all. There were tatami rooms and rooms with beds, so it was comfortable. The owner? greeted us in a suit, and overall we were very satisfied! The reason I gave it four stars for the facilities is that the internet was weak and hard to connect, and there was no Wi-Fi installed, so we couldn't use our smartphones much, but it seems that they are planning to install it soon**If this is improved, I think it will be a place that is worth complaining about. (We were able to have a digital detox, which was a great opportunity) You may be worried about the small number of reviews, but this place is fine 🎶

It feels like they've just started. Not everything is ready, and there are several buildings around, but the impression was that they're under construction and will be niced up in the future. However, the owner was very polite and made a good impression. Although the information on Trip was mostly false, when I asked if they didn't have a rice cooker or knives, he immediately bought them for me, and he went out of his way to help me, and it was clear that he wanted me to have a good trip. I will give it an average rating, with the hope that it will definitely become an even better facility in the future.

2 adults, 5 children (13, 11, 9, 5, 0 years old) 7 people in total stayed in 2 rooms. We were only planning to sleep on the way to our destination, so we prioritized price. After making the reservation, the person in charge politely contacted us several times because it was a place where it was difficult to find the signal. (Google Maps seems to be accurate.) We arrived close to 10pm, but the person in charge was waiting for us by illuminating the surroundings with the car headlights, so we were able to check in smoothly. (There are several accommodation buildings, so it seems that they were waiting in the accommodation building, not the building where the front desk is.) Both rooms are 2DK and the water facilities are all in one place. [Toilet, washroom, dressing room + bathroom] Depending on the person, it may be difficult to relax and relieve yourself. The bedroom is a king-sized bedroom + Japanese-style room. I was surprised at how clean the room was. As you spend time here, you will gradually notice the age of the building itself, but considering the cost performance, it makes sense. Facilities include Wi-Fi (in preparation) + always the weakest signal. It's easier to pick up a signal if you're outdoors. This time I only needed to sleep, so it didn't bother me, but there's no TV, so I hope they'll at least have a Wi-Fi environment 🙏 (It's a very quiet environment, so it's perfect for digital detox). Also, bath towels and face towels are provided as amenities, but they get quite fluffy, so if you're concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own. This is a very reasonable and impeccable facility for a simple overnight stay or long-term stay. I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
