How do you pitch yourself for tourism if you don't speak English? How do you propose yourself for/for tourism if: 1) We arrive and without any "good morning", "hello" or anything like that the first question was "cash or card"? 2) The answer (even though we had booked it) to the question "is there a third bed?" was "no" (in reality there was - it was a closed sofa bed - but since we barely spoke English there was no way to understand it) 3) After half an hour of discussion the room with the third person materialized bed ... open 4) Dinner is a real pittance charged at crazy prices 5) The next morning they didn't let my wife out before the waitress checked whether the terrible Italians had destroyed the room or emptied the minibar Forget it, it's not yours profession or - at least - go around the world a bit to understand how it's done. Otherwise ask for a job at Gazprom which is nearby.

Hotel is located in very nice and peaceful environment of Ksaghkadzor, Near Yerevan, all facilities are good. Only TV in the room, I found not working well. The best part that I found Vegetarian food options which was very nice and non- alcoholic drinks options.

Nice place! A little far from the city center, but overall nice experience. I recommend. The breakfast was yummy, the staff was friendly, nice yard area where you could chill in the evening. Calm and lovely.

1. The "hotel" is located on a dusty road, there is nothing nearby, no shops, no restaurants. Tsaghkadzor and the ski lift can only be reached by taxi 2. We lived in a cottage: it blew from all the cracks, since the cottage was not insulated toiletries 4. The cottage was not cleaned and towels were not changed, etc. , I had to remind the staff several times about this 5. The food in the "restaurant" is disgusting and monotonous 6. The service in general is of the same level as it was in the days of the USSR, if not worse 7. We celebrated the New Year in this "hotel": the New Year's dinner was a few dried pieces of sausage, mayonnaise inedible salads and a bottle of vodka. They asked to change vodka for wine, they brought mumbling in a jug, not a bottle of normal wine. In summary, I would like to warn against staying at this hotel

First off, it wasn’t as advertised. But I can live without the dining area and tumble dryer in the room… and I can deal with the fact that the room was smaller than advertised (which they admitted to me). But what really frustrated me what that they claimed that my credit cards were not working and were requesting cash. I called the booking company and they spoke to them… and miraculously, the machine and my credit cards were working again. What also frustrated me was that when I asked them whether they put me in the right room, the manager became so rude. If he spoke better English he might have understood better but a hotel in this area should have at least one staff person who can speak English. So, there he was raising his voice to me!! Worst check-in ever. I have stayed in a dozen other places in Tsaghadzor… and have never experienced this kind of rudeness. Regarding the pictures.. this supposedly reflects a “sitting area with couch” AND a dining area. He noted the coffee table. It certainly says something when you treat customers like their ignorant.
