Holiday Inn Express & Suites Truth or Consequences

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower looked clean but had a moldy odor. (I think the affixed rack for Dove shower products may have mold behind it?) I would still recommend a stay.

For the most part, this was an average Holiday Inn Express with a few caveats. The location is good, right off the freeway. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The lobby area is clean, bright and modern. We were told that it was recently remodeled and the rooms were to be updated next. Our room was standard Holiday Inn Express that we’ve come to expect (clean room, beds and bathroom), but a few disappointing things with this property. The faux leather cover on the bench in the room was dirty-looking and ripped in many places from obvious years of use. It would be better to remove the bench from the room and have nothing in that spot than to have this horrible looking piece of furniture there. The carpet, where it met the tile, was frayed and long strings of carpet were laying on the tile. All it would take is someone to get on their hands and knees to cut those long strings. Most odd in our room was the yogurt cup that was wedged between the glass window and screen. My husband and I both wondered if there was a hole in the screen that was being covered up - we didn’t check it out, but this was kind of gross. I think with the reno of the rooms and a little more TLC by the staff, this will be a very nice property.

Room was not very clean, water drained very slowly in tub and kitchen sink, and front desk is not great with check-in. There was trash behind the larger lounge chair and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Les was super friendly at breakfast. Breakfast was the only high point to staying at this hotel.

Room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. There was not anything exceptional about the hotel. Very little sound deadening and folks were loud even at 3 am. Guess that is what you get on a weekend.

I stayed 1 night, my wife and I. This hotel does not disappoint at all. My check-in with front desk was perfect, she was kind and professional. Everything very clean, everything works. The room was great, big, clean, excellent shower. The breakfast was excellent, several hot and cold items, Very clean spa and pool. Fitness center working very well.

Greg plays to use as a stopping place when you're driving from Colorado or Northern New Mexico down to El. Paso Texas there's fair amount of places to eat very close to this place also The breakfast vop bars very good the staff are excellent the services are great

excellent room and excellent breakfast, always. I recommend this location. We enjoyed our quiet room, the breakfast is always wonderful, and there couldn't be a better place to stay when you're between ABQ and Deming

Our post-Covid travels reveal the extent to which America is becoming a third-world country. This hotel is typical; under-staffed, maintenance cut to the bone despite sold-out bookings. Sad emphasis on profit over quality. But typical

Very Friendly and comfy place to stay! Check in was quick and easy. Room was big and comfortable for four of us. My only wish was a bigger TV other than that everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious everyone had something to eat that they would enjoy. The pancake machine was super cool!! Had a lot of fun at night enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub! You can’t go wrong staying here. The value is there without sacrificing your comfort! Shoutout to Kelly in the Dining Area!! She was working keeping a lot of guest happy and feed! See you again soon!
