The swimming pool was filthy. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a dip after a long car ride. The room rate was too expensive for this to be the case. Also only one of the computers in the lobby worked and it didn’t work well at all. On a positive note, the room had just been renovated and it was quiet.

The staff were amazing! The breakfast was decent but the room was a huge disappointment! The microwave had ramen noodles with standing juice on the tray! The ice bucket literally had a dirty hand towel and trash in it. Honestly make me question if the covers were changed before we got there. I truly expected more from a Hampton.

One-night stop with the family on a holiday road-trip. The stay was excellent - clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast - eggs, sausage, juices, waffles, cereals, biscuits, etc. For some reason the Wi-Fi didn't work well when I tried it, but I didn't try too hard.

Lobby is clean and smells amazing. Staff is great. Breakfast was delicious. Hallways are dark, only have lights above each room door Not middle lights to brighten the halls. Bathroom water pressure not great at all. Check the door to the bathroom to make sure it closes all the way. Limited outlets to charge phones. It would be nice if the refrigerator was raised up a bit higher instead of in a lower cabinet. It makes it difficult for those of us that can’t bend down on the floor to reach something. No regular sitting chair, only a desk chair to sit in or two cubes that roll around. This location does not have a laundry room. If you need to do laundry do it before checking in.

This Hampton is bad. Really bad. The ONLY positive is the staff are friendly. Beyond that there is nothing positive to say. Carpet is taped together in many places. Walls are gouged, scraped, and scuffed. Elevator breaks down. The room are not thoroughly cleaned. The entire second floor stinks like mildew. And the breakfast is not nearly as robust as a typical Hampton. I’m Hilton diamond and frequent use Hampton’s across America. This one is the worse. I suggest finding other options outside Trussville.

Worst Hampton Inn experience ever! Hotel is filthy and in disrepair. Both of the headboards had huge holes torn out of both of them. The ice bucket reeked of urine,The staff care more about each other than the guests. The breakfast was poor quality.

First impression: smells REALLY good & very clean. Second impression: All the outlets in our room were terrible or non-working. Also breakfast was good! I would probably stay here again. We only stayed 1 night, one of the better options in the area. However it's pretty expensive.

878611571 This hotel is BARE minimum. Other Hampton Inns roll out the carpet but not here. Their reasoning is it isn’t required by Hilton Honors. Other Hampton Inns want to make their guests feel wanted like coffee options and make up wipes. Nope. Not here. Lucky we had toilet paper. The girl at the front desk couldn’t leave her tunes to even consider looking for make up wipes. I hope I don’t forget and accidentally stay here again.

Average Hampton Inn. I stay in them a lot. First room allocated on the third floor had a broken toilet. I went back down and was allocated another room on the fourth floor. The hallways and room seemed to a little nicer. I wondered if this floor was renovated. The room was nice and the breakfast was standard fare. An average stay, overall and, yes, I would stay again.
