Location amongst old residential building. Far from the park. Few ameneties around. Terrible property manager who lied. Noisy, porous ceiling, you could hear big noise everything toilet was flushed or people walked in the upstaurs unit. Stay away, not cheap either for this tiny room, paid $250 a night.
