Location: Located in the city center, close to everything. There are supermarkets and convenience stores downstairs, after all, Tromso is not very big; McDonald's is a few minutes' walk away, the city church is a 2-minute walk away, and the pier is also a 2-minute walk away;

Me & two of my friends were delight on the Scandic Grand Hotel 3 nights stayed! Hotel breakfast spread was extremely good, we serious enjoyed our breakfast before our trip started daily. Hotel location was assessable while we travel around the city too. Great experience i would said, however hotel should improve on the room make up, we was missed up first 2days…

The holiday is relatively small, but there is really nothing I can do. The bathroom design is average, and the water easily flows to the dry area outside when taking a shower. Secondly, the room is not equipped with disposable slippers, which is too uncomfortable.

We were amazed by the breakfast of the hotel, which is the best I’ve tried in Europe. And the gym is big and many gym facilities you can use, but it’s few streets away from the hotel. Beside the room is clean and spacious. We love the hotel, and sure will stay again when we visit Tromso again!

Right at the end of the pedestrian street. The room is OK. Is the breakfast good? The city is not big, it is enough to walk around. You still need to take a bus from the airport, and the station is not far away. We were able to store our bikes in the basement without any problems. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The service in the breakfast room was good.
The lighting concept is not convincing. It is dark in the room, even though the spotlights are on. Both bedside lamps do not work. We asked 3 different reception staff to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, this did not happen. It is likely that the error was not passed on.
