This was our first visit to Bjelašnica and we did not know what to expect. We knew that Nomad was a brand new hotel, but I did not expect such a high level of comfort and service. Immediately at the reception, we were greeted by very friendly staff who explained to us where everything was located in the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly large and comfortable and, what is particularly important to me, extremely clean and tidy. Our room had a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which are about 100 meters away. The hotel is normally ski-in/ski-out and has a surprisingly large heated room for ski equipment. Each room has its own heated ski closet. There is also an after ski cafe, again with a view of the ski slopes. The view of the ski slopes also has a spa area consisting of a swimming pool and three types of saunas, which are the ideal solution for relaxation after a day spent skiing. The food is excellent and there is something for everyone, but it is definitely recommended to try local specialties. The hotel is also equipped with a game room where you can relax with, for example, a game of billiards. In the end, I can say that I have only positive impressions from Bjelašnica, and especially from Hotel Nomad, and we will definitely come back again.

Our first visit to Bosnia was made all the more special by our stay in Hotel Nomad. Stunning mountain views and you can overlook the whole ski resort of Bjelasnica. We were blown away by every aspect during a truly magical week's stay. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and at very short notice helped us arrange a taxi to the fascinating, historical city of Sarajevo. The rooms were spacious and immaculately maintained. The food was excellent and they went out of their way to accomodate the vegetarians in our family. Beautiful spa facilities and a cool games room too. Once we got the hang of skiing it was wonderful to use the ski in & out facility at the hotel. We fell in love with Bosnia and it's unique people and really hope we can visit again. Thank you all at Nomad and apologies for the delay in writing this review.

It was my first time at Bjelašnica, and I have already recommended to all my friends to visit this mountain of unreal nature. Summer on the mountain may be even more beautiful than winter! Hotel Nomad is highly recommended, and in my opinion, deserves five stars: the interior is fantastic, authentic, and every detail is well thought out; the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in; everything is sparkling clean, and the hosts and all the staff are always smiling, kind, and ready to answer any question and provide the best recommendations for enjoying the mountain. Coffee on the hotel terrace, in unreal silence, fresh mountain air, and with a view of the forest, is something you must treat yourself to. This was an unforgettable trip that I recommend to everyone!"

I stayed at this hotel between 6-11 February. Don't be fooled by the excellent comments you see. They operate the hotel but they are 20-25 years behind. I often stay in hotels due to my job, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. It's supposed to be a snow hotel, but you don't have access to the slopes, you have to walk down a stony slope, this road is not flat, dozens of people fall every day. You can only go out in front of the hotel by skiing, but if there is no snow like the time we went there, you don't have that chance. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are a disaster. There were children in our group and they ate bread and cheese for 5 days. All the food comes from the kitchen cold and you have to wait for it to warm up in the container they put it in. So, if the food has arrived and you say let's get it immediately, you will eat it as if it came out of the refrigerator. For the first time in all these years, we waited in front of the door of the restaurant during opening hours because something that is finished cannot be replaced with a new one. It is very difficult to find a staff member who speaks English. You ask for something in the restaurant and the waiter points to his friend and he points to another friend. They literally run away from you because they don't speak English. Room cleanliness is bad. We are staying with 3 people. They leave towels for 1 person. They do not renew soap and shampoo when they run out, so you always have to call and ask. You have to say that they do not sweep the floors in the rooms. The à la carte restaurant closes at 11:00 in the evening, there is no room service, you will remain hungry until the morning. The word you will hear often in the hotel is SORRY SORRY. If you ask if there are any positive aspects, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, definitely comfortable. You will enjoy the lobby section. The spa is nice. The à la carte restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. There are some staff who try to do their best, but no matter how hard they try, the service is generally bad. By the way, the hotel has a great driver, his name is Mr. Vilko is a very gentleman and a good person.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. This is a completely newly built spa hotel (4 stars) with about 50 rooms on the ski slopes of the Bjelašnica mountain, about 100 meters from the ski lifts. This is a ski-in/ski-out hotel fully adapted to skiers. Each room has its own heated locker for skis and ski-shoes in the ski-depot, which can be locked. The hotel has an après-ski bar accessible directly from the ski slope. A large, extremely clean and modernly decorated room that combines traditional and modern design details. The room has a flat TV with many programs, a safe and a refrigerator, as well as equipment for making tea and coffee. Our room also had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the forest and ski slopes. We had a large and functional open wardrobe. A large bathroom with a radiator for drying wet clothes. In addition to standard bathroom accessories, we received bathrobes and slippers. Fast, stable and free wifi internet. Pleasant and helpful hotel staff. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Great food for breakfast and dinner. A large selection of local food, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. In the spa area of the hotel there is a 15 meter long pool, 3 saunas, and areas for massage and rest. The hotel has a fitness center and a section with billiards and table football. The entire spa area has a view of the ski slopes. The hotel has its own parking in the garage and in front of the hotel. They accept different types of credit cards in the bar and restaurant, where they have an excellent selection of fresh fruit juices and various cocktails. I recommend trying the red wine Carska Blatina from the Vasilj winery, as well as various meat delicacies. This hotel is an excellent choice for all lovers of skiing in the winter and enjoying the mountain nature in the rest of the year!

Staying at the Nomad Hotel was one of the best experiences of my life. We were really well looked after from the first moment, the staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean. I highly recommend that they organise a visit to the nomad village, it's a really unforgettable experience, take their guide to take you around the plateau, you won't regret it. You must also try their wines and rakija. I highly recommend the hotel and I cannot wait to go back there in winter and experience skiing in this beautiful landscape, and in the evening a good glass of wine by the fireplace in the lobby.

We walked in to use the pool , we were so impressed with this hotel we came back and had a fantastic stay, staff and room was first class, food was excellent, we plan to return for sking in the winter as it has full excess from the slop and if some of our group don't want to ski there is so much to enjoy in the hotel. You can also visit Sarajevo which is about 45 mins by car.
