no room service, Very old bed and hard matress, Geyser was not working in one of the room
excellent food in the in-house restaurant that was the only satisfaction, Also MMT is charging high price than regular booking

Well, the property is very close to triambak temple, that is the only advantage..beds were clean, but hot water was not coming in morning and they still don't have staff to run the restaurant.
staff were courteous, but no room service..car parking is a problem, bt staff ensured I did not have problem as they paid 100rs for parking in separate area opp to lodge and ensured I don't pay parking fees.
I think cleanliness can be improved..hot water and room service to be improved.

Close to twmple, food is good but bathroom not good, black water from taps, linen not good, shabby pillows. Over all very average hotel.

Cleanliness was an issue dustin was placed just outside the room which was smelling bad. Blanket cover was torn. Toilet hand shower was not proper

Except for the location, all other things are terrible. We booked two rooms for 7 persons. One room was decent (deluxe one) but the other one was so small that even 2 persons can't accommodate properly. In that room they arranged an extra mattress after which there was no space to even walk to the bathroom. We requested for the room change but they clearly denied.
