We originally booked an executive king room but on arrival found it was directly next to the elevator! Quite specifically, we did request to be far from it as we are light sleepers. We opted to upgrade our room to a suite with living room and two bathrooms and a balcony and boy was it a treat after a week of tiny inns! The room switch was handled well by the staff who were friendly. We were only in town for one night but it was a memorable stay. A/c functions well. Beds comfy. Tons of space to spread out. Our upgrade included breakfast, which could be ordered to the room. Pro tip: do this and eat in your pjs! Well worth it.

Wij hadden een slechte ervaring bij uitchecken, er kwam ineens 270eu extra bovenop het normale bedrag alhoewel dat we geen avondeten genomen hadden en bijgevolg ook niets gedronken hadden,aan de receptie zeiden ze dat die 270eu vooral taxen waren wat uiteraard niet kan. Ik kon ook de rekening niet inkijken. Eenmaal thuisgekomen heb ik gemaild(2x) naar het hotel met de vraag om de rekening nog is te herbekijken en om de rekening online door te sturen. Na 3 dagen nog steeds geen reactie,dus een totaal gebrek aan service en empathie ginds. Wij voelen ons bestolen en kunnen dus niet anders dan het hotel volledig af te raden.
