The room and staff are very nice, and the breakfast is also very good. Parking in the basement is 5 euros per day, or free in the parking lot outside. The restaurant on the first floor is average. The hotel is too far from the nearby restaurants. It takes ten minutes to walk.

I stayed with my wife and sixteen year old son
I liked the management, attention to customer expectations
We arrive at the reception and there is Jean, nice and professional, who explains everything to us
Minibar in the room included in the price (never seen before)
Free WiFi in all rooms
Functional, clean and modern room (too bad there were 3 single beds and not a single and a double, but maybe it's because I didn't ask for it when booking and there aren't clairvoyants in the hotel)
Slippers, various toiletries, large modern shower
Very varied breakfast buffet included
Covered parking included (in winter you don't find frosted windows in the morning)
The pond in front of the hotel is nice
A bit out of the way location, if you don't have a car you are a bit isolated, but you can see it when booking so you know it before booking

Peccato non si possa fare ZERO a questo posto squallido. Ore 8 scendo a far colazione, appoggio borsa sulla sedia, mi giro 1 minuti per prendere un cornetto e SORPRESA al mio ritorno al tavolo la borsa NON C’è PIÙ!!! Pochissimi clienti all’interno della sala e una gran bella telecamera che però inquadra solo il tavolo buffet! Non ricevo nemmeno una chiamata dal direttore per capire cosa fosse successo. Un postaccio davvero orrendo. Fatta denuncia. A mai più.

Siamo stati in una camera ampia, comoda, con un bel bagno con vasca, con aria condizionata (ma non serviva) e balcone che dà su un laghetto. Reception sempre aperta e molto disponibili. Le note meno positive sono risultate i dintorni (un po' defilato e isolato) e la colazione. Forse abbiamo beccato la giornata storta, ma l'offerta di dolce e salato era piuttosto limitata e con cose che non sembravano freschissime. In più l'addetta alle colazioni ha bisticciato con più di un cliente, creando un clima non po' teso. Ci ha anche chiesto se era vero secondo noi che il latte fosse andato a male come avevano segnalato altri clienti... Probabilmente era sotto pressione anche perché i distributori di bevande calde erano fuori uso e quindi doveva fare tutto lei al bar...
