早上有人忽然開門，我剛好醒的坐床上，大喊Who才關門， 打電話跟櫃台講， 跟他說怎麼會有這個問題 請他檢查
後來他回電話就說是房務人員不要擔心， 然後也沒有跟我說道歉 ，只有重複說你不要擔心， 但我一直跟他講問題只不是這個而是怎麼會突然開門這個很重要，
但反正就是一副就是房務人員，也沒有 道歉什麼都不講，我也不知道應該接什麼只好掛掉電話
退房的時候我在跟他 櫃檯講一次然後那個男的還是淡淡的說， 就是房務人員，直到我跟他說你甚至都沒有說道歉，他才說喔，有啊，我在電話有跟你說道歉， 但明明就沒有然後就一副一直跟我重複 就是房務人員，但他好像都不知道問題到底是還有什麼,這次房務人員怎麼開錯，是紀錄有問題嗎？以後怎麼樣不讓房務人員 誤開門呢？
他覺得就是房務人員開的那我受到驚嚇都不算是嗎, 收這麼貴房價的還要收城市稅，， 房間沒熱水可以煮沒牙刷也就，暖氣燈亮但沒有作用也就算了，浴室門也壞掉，洗澡還會積水， 這就是國際型的大酒店？
還有房務人員還會開我的門， 好像也不懂得要站在顧客的角度，當場跟櫃檯反應,肩膀一聳就是覺得好就只是誤開門而已，，哇～ 不是你付錢你當然可以這麼雲淡風輕的算了！！
你到底知不知道房價很貴然後 最基本的安全都不能 做好嗎？

The hotel is in a good location, just a few steps from T3. The room is small but clean. This is the second time I stayed here. The hotel facilities are average but it is very convenient as an overnight hotel. Checking out is very convenient and you can just put it in your suitcase.
