Der Roomservice findet offiziell nur alle 2 Tage statt, geht in der Kategorie - gar nicht! Die Benutzung der Minibar ist inclusive - jedoch gibt es keine Gläser ( wurden auf Anfrage gestellt). Der Spa Bereich ist erstklassig !

Wer kommt denn auf die Idee, in einem 5-Sternehotel ein 140 cm-Bett in ein (Standard) Doppelzimmer zu stellen??? Sowas sollte es absolut nirgendwo geben. Auch nicht bei vier Sternen. Hätte ich das nicht kurz curvier Buchung noch gesehen - und angerufen, weil ich es nicht glauben konnte - hätte ich das versehentlich gebucht.

Unser erster Urlaub als Familie führte uns ins A-ROSA nach Travemünde. Wir kennen das Hotel bereits aus den letzten Jahren und wurden auch in diesem Jahr nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ideal mit Baby (Wasserkocher, Bett, kleiner Bademantel, Pflegeartikel etc. Fürs Baby standen bei Anreise bereit). Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich ist super für die ganze Familie, aber auch um sich zu erholen. Bei besten Sommerwetter lagen wir viel am Außenpool in der Sonne.

Wir sind nur für 4 Tage hier im Hotel und hatte wirklich eine 7 Stunde Anreise .Jetzt fanden wir am 2 Tag ein Schild im Fahrstuhl dass der Spa Bereich um 11 Uhr gesperrt ist . Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt das ,,AB,, 11 Uhr für den ganzen Tag ALLES gesperrt auch die Liegewiese und das Schwimmbad ist wegen einem gross Kunden .Das ist wirklich die absolute Frechheit . Die armen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wussten bis heute Mittag auch nichts davon . Wahnsinn. Nur wegen noch mehr Kohle zu machen werden die ganzen Gäste vor den Kopf gestoßen .Geld regiert die Welt . Skrupellos
