"My wife and I travel often and this is a genuinely beautiful hotel. We went during off season so we were one of the few guests there making it incredibly peaceful. The hotel decor is lovely and the room and amenities are top quality. Sara helped us constantly with restaurant recommendations and to accommodate a self check in since we were driving and had no clear arrival time. Really lovely hotel would recommend. The pictures show the little balcony that overlooks a lovely street. Sunset at the bottom of the street a short walk away and the mountain top view from Eric’s which is a 22 min drive by car or you can take a cable car - the drive is not for the faint hearted!"

"I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. "What can I say? Mario and Irina are the most friendly hosts. The breakfast is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and towels are constantly changed. Homemade cakes, fresh and healthy orange juices. Highly recommended. The only downside is the location, a bit out of the way, but the seafront and port are still easily accessible."

"The location and environment are good, and it is very convenient to get in and out, not far from the pier. There was a music festival that day, so it was quite noisy and it lasted until late. The breakfast was good."

"it was very hard to find the registration office as there was no door number.. the girl was not helpful at all when answering questions about parking. thankfully, the man who replaced her could finally answer all our questions. Our room was 2 floors up with no elevator so a bit hard with luggage. The room was beautiful and clean the breakfast was very very basic with no protein and only apples as fruits.."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very misleading compared to what was advertised online. When we expressed our concerns and requested a refund, the hotel refused to accommodate us despite the significant differences between the photos and the actual room. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including conditioner. The tap water had a very strong chlorine smell, which made it unpleasant to use. We were also placed directly next to the reception desk and main entrance, resulting in constant noise throughout the day and night. The walls were paper-thin, and we could clearly hear conversations, doors opening and closing, lobby traffic, and noise from neighboring rooms. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach. The ocean directly in front of the hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, and local information indicated concerns about sewage contamination, making it unsuitable for swimming during our stay. This was not something that was made clear when booking. The surrounding area looked nothing like the photos we saw online. There were very few quality dining options nearby, and unfortunately, the food at the hotel was also below average. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. Between the misleading room description, poor noise insulation, lack of basic amenities, unpleasant water quality, disappointing beach conditions, and subpar food options, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not stay here again and would recommend that future guests thoroughly research current conditions before booking."

"Stayed here for 4 nights on a half board basis. Very peaceful setting in the countryside, with distant sea views. For dinner, the food is abundant and delicious. The personnel were very nice and willing to accommodate our requests. The pool area is nice, especially during the weekdays when there are very few people in the area. All in all, a stay to remember."
