The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location in Trabzon, close distance to restaurants, cafes and the airport. Good Wi-Fi connection. Highly recommended.

When I arrived at the hotel, all the apartments were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by **********, and he provided another apartment in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid.
I contacted ********** and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation.

The poperty was very nice, in quite area.All amenties were sufficient and workable.Very comfortable beds after a long trip all day long.Management of the property was very helpful in every deamnd of ours ad really fast. Shops, restaurants and market shops are very ear, almost 5 minutes by the foots.It is highly recommended for your short stays in the area. We will return back!!

I enjoyed the stay at Umut Apartments very much. Very nice stuff by the way. The apartment was very clean with everything needed. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and as well to the Trabzon Meydan. Five stars from my side and very much recommended

My family and I visited this place during our visit to the city of Trabzon, where we enjoyed very much in these apartments. We found comfort, tranquility and cleanliness as in the description, and everything was identical to the description of the apartment. There is no difference from the pictures. The staff was very very friendly and received us with a cheerful face and sophisticated treatment. I thank the owner of the apartments. For choosing the staff, and they also love to make the guests happy and try to help them. I thank the apartment owner for his great interest in his apartments. Thank you for your interest in the customers. I will definitely visit you on the next trip.
