The hotel has good facilities, warm and cozy, breakfast, special room with children, good value for money, suitable for Chinese working class. This trip to many countries, the most underestimated is Trabzon, it's a pity that I only stayed for one day, I should have arranged two or three days to have a good rest, which will leave me a reason to go again. This city has beautiful mountains and seas, cultural integration, and warm people. The scenery, freshness and red roofs are a bit like Weihai, which is a very beautiful and livable city in China.

I really enjoyed the consideration and friendliness of the hotel staff during my time with my wife 😀

It was a very bad experience
The staff were awful and rude
the hotel and the rooms were smelling very bad and when I asked the staff they told me it is a technical problem it comes when it is windy outside the hotel so the smells start to come out of the drain which I have not been informed when I first checked in
The breakfast is very poor and not fresh
I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I will never book it again

A great hotel, very comfortable. There is a very large commercial area nearby, which is convenient for eating and shopping! The room was also very clean and quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from where we lived.
