Unfortunately I was received very inhospitably. My arrival was at 7 p.m. and the hotel was locked, so I had to ring the bell. Then when I checked in, I had discussions that I should present a voucher, which doesn't even exist. In addition, I should hurry, since the guests were already seated in the restaurant. I could have had dinner, but not just before nine (I still had an appointment), because then you couldn't start. And not on Wednesdays, because then it's a day off. The icing on the cake was that even though I had booked breakfast included, I couldn't have breakfast. This is only available from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.!!! This information was not given anywhere when I booked. Since this was a business trip and I already had commitments at 8 a.m., unfortunately too late. The hotel and the restaurant are apparently run entirely by the owners themselves. The prevailing tone and manner made me feel patronised, treated very condescendingly and all in all very uncomfortable. Actually, this could be a wonderful place, so it's a real shame.
