房間挺大，房間設施有點陳舊，衞生環境不錯，早歺品種挺多，本人在酒店連住四天，早，中，晚歺食大多不重樣，挺適合國人口味，泳池很棒，前台服務也挺周到，性價比很高。

Le positif La taille des chambres quand on est 2, elles semblent toutes faites pour 4... Le personnel d'étage et du bar, les autres, devraient faire un effort cognitif ! Les moins l'hôtel est très vieillissant, les services aussi ! Pas de SPA, fermé, nous sommes allés dans l'hôtel voisin qui lui assure ! Pas de service en chambre pour un 4 étoile, c'est très juste (bouilloire, thé, café, tisane, eau). Il faut réclamer et laisser une caution pour la bouilloire et acheter ses dosettes en ville... Les infos de transfert pour l'aéroport non transmis, c'est très limite, surtout quand on vous appelle le lendemain tôt pour vous signaler la présence dudit transfert... Les abords de la piscine sales parce que vieux, les pavés s'effritent, on ramasse tout sous les pieds. Les abords de l'hôtel très sale, ce n'est pas une belle image ! Ramasser les ordures, les plastiques et passer un coup de râteau ne doivent pas engendrer de gros frais... La gestion à l'économie du restaurant, pas de verres, des gobelets plastiques au petit déjeuner (pas certain que ça coute moins cher que de laver des verres). La gestion à l'économie des menus, peu de choix et pas bons sauf le couscous, mais du couscous pendant quatre jours, c'est peu varié ! La clim du lobby qui est allumée quand un train de touristes arrivent, mais pas quand un seul client est dans le salon... on n'a pas la même valeur ! Cet hôtel convient pour une nuit de passage, mais surement pas pour un séjour, nous regrettons notre choix.

Stayed for two nights as part of a group Grand Tour of Tunisia. Rooms are a little bit old fashioned and could do with refurbishing. Staff are friendly throughout the hotel. The restaurant meals (buffet style) are OK but not great. No obvious issues and all standard appliances are provided.
