房間挺大，房間設施有點陳舊，衞生環境不錯，早歺品種挺多，本人在酒店連住四天，早，中，晚歺食大多不重樣，挺適合國人口味，泳池很棒，前台服務也挺周到，性價比很高。

Albergo a una stella non quattro ! Albergo vecchio con manutenzione scarsa la doccia non funzionava , cura dei particolari nessuna veramente una cosa dozzinale . Assolutamente da evitare ci sono strutture infinitamente meglio. Albergo decadente che ricorda antichi fasti ma al presente ispira solo compassione

Nous avons eu une expérience très décevante avec l'hôtel El Mouradi Tozeur. Nous avons réservé et payé via une agence de voyage. Nous avons fait le voyage de Tunis à Tozeuŕ. Une fois arrivés, l'hôtel nous apprend que notre réservation a été annulée sans raison valable. L'hôtel a d'abord prétendu que nous avions nous-mêmes annulé, puis ils ont affirmé que la carte utilisée pour le paiement n'était pas valide, ce qui est totalement faux. Nous avons été extrêmement frustrés par ce manque de professionnalisme et de transparence. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet établissement.
