Hotel is old but rooms are huge and functional. Reception is a little cold. Parking is free and comes with onsen. It is located beside lake Toya and we had a chance to see the fireworks at night.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track. The housekeeper is not very welcoming. The room is close to the roadside and there are often large trucks passing by. I didn't sleep well. This is the only hotel I don't recommend when I go to Japan. I have a general impression of the Toya Lake view. The fireworks are barely ok. The scenery near Toya is pretty good.
