Things could be updated a little outside and maybe a few more amenities available, but the staff were extremely nice and friendly and helpful and made it a wonderful stay!

This property is simply beautiful. It's well maintained and the staff are all exceptional. We were there for an anniversary and stayed in the villas. The rooms were ample, internet was spotty and so was the TV and AC in one of the rooms but it was all taken care of quickly and efficiently. Our Chef and butler were AMAZING. THEY ARE charming, professional and provided exceptional service to our entire group. We can't stop raving about them. Thanks Anna, who stopped and checked in with us so many times. Felt like we were visiting friends and not staying at a hotel. Best get away for all of us.

The staff were awesome. What they lacked in activities were made up with peace and quiet. Chose this resort for the price and that it was off the grid. The restaurant was food was delicious and affordable. The one thing I wish they had was a workout room. I would definitely recommend this resort to those looking for a restful vacation.

Morgan's cliff was spotlessly clean. The staff was very accommodating, and went over and above to meet our needs when our reservation made through ******* wasn't quite right. Anna, the owner, was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the rest of the staff were wonderful too. The pool area was gorgeous, and we loved the patio down by the ocean. This hotel does not have a beach, but has gorgeous waterfront views off the cliffs. We would absolutely stay here again.

I like the fact that the property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were all super helpful and courteous.
I did not like tge connection to wifi it was poor , spotty and kept dropping the connection,which was frustrating for me. Beside that everything was ok.

We met the owner and a wonderful lady. The staff were exceptional, the restaurant on property was great. Beautiful location in Ocho Rios. You will not be disappointed

I stayed here one night in March. I had a nice, bright room, Water was provided and an iron and board were brought to my room. The bathroom was bright and big, hairdryer was provided. Only there was an awful, sewage-type smell in the bathroom. I am not sure where it came from. Not the toilet but maybe the drains? It was a bit noisy in the room due to the road close by. Breakfast the next day was very good. There is a pool and you have view of the ocean. It is a nice, no frills, small hotel. The smell in the bathroom should be checked out though.
