Hampton by Hilton Tours Centre

The location was fantastic, right by the La Loire and main Tram line to the North and South. Very helpful staff members and cosy, comfortable experience at the end of the day.

Rooms were clean but their A/C was not working which was an issue especially when it was very hot day. Being the weekend they couldn’t repair or call the engineer which was not very helpful. Breakfast time there was long queues for cup of coffee as only 1 machine was working. Also taking so long to fill up the basic breakfast items when they know it’s the busiest time. We gave up on croissants and scrambled eggs!! Location was perfect to go to main shopping road and food area. There was an underground pay and park right in front of the hotel. Opposite to Hampton was the main Hilton for little extra and the usual good standard but they did not mention parking availability and it was not very clear when we were booking. Still it was ok stay.

Hotel is good but we used Indigo Neo Anatole under ground car park opposite & our car (and many other cars that were left overnight on all levels) had windows broken & contents of the car were scattered around. Mindless vandalism possibly in search of money. There are many beggars around Tour town

Great new business hotel located on the river with easy access to public transport, parking and city centre. Lovely rooms with all the necessary mod cons. Many food outlets and coffee shops within short walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.
